Painting of Anne Barret and 2 of her children

Anne Barret and 2 of her children.
Painting dated 1609. It says the children are age 6 and 7.
Now in Gawsworth Hall.
Gawsworth Hall identifies the children as Edward (2nd Baronet) and his sister Mary. They say the painting is by Federico Zuccari.
From here (where it was incorrectly labelled under the Dark Lady).

A description of the painting on p.50 of History of Cheshire, George Ormerod, vol.3, 1819.
Painting was then hanging in Brereton Hall.
Ormerod identifies the children as Edward (2nd Baronet) and his sister, "wife of the Earl of Macclesfield". This is not correct. Edward had a sister Penelope who was mother of the Earl of Macclesfield. But she was much older than him.
