   mar 2ndly to Honora Alen [dau. of Major-Gen. Patrick Alen, of St. Wolstan's, Co.Kildare] and had issue:

   1. Standish O'Grady, of Cahir Guillamore,
      mar Honora Hayes [dau and co-heiress of Jeremiah Hayes, of Cahir Guillamore, nr Kilmallock, Co.Limerick, see abstract of his will 1732] and had issue:
      1. Darby O'Grady, had issue:
         1. Standish O'Grady, 1st Viscount Guillamore, born 1766, cr 1831.

         2. Capt. Hayes O'Grady, mar Susan Finucane [born 1805] and had issue.

         3. Carew Smyth O'Grady, born around 1775, died without issue.
            CANNOT be the same person as Rev Carew Smyth O'Grady, married 1849, had issue, died 1887.

  born 18th Sept 1846, Castletown, Co.Cork,
  "historical novelist and literary historian whose popular English versions of the Irish heroic sagas earned him the title of 'father of the Irish literary revival'",
  died 18th May 1928, Isle of Wight, age 81 yrs [Enc.Britannica].
