Albert Wing,
Mornington Albert Wing, born 8 Mar 1925.
Educated by the Christian Brothers in Ireland.
Started as jockey.
[1940 article] says he is apprenticed as a jockey (age 15) to the owner Roderic More O'Ferrall (born 1903). See MORE O'FERRALL in [Burkes Irish, 1976].
Later worked in racing stables.
Known as "Wingy".
He mar Pamela Smith [Pamela Sylvia Smith].

He must be the son of Morny Wing who worked for the trainer Harry Wragg.
Albert was in charge of "Le Pretendant", owned by Winston Churchill, entered in 1956 "Washington International" race. See Irish Independent, November 12, 1956.
He would be "Albert Wing" listed as "one of the stable's head men" for the English horse "Niksar" entered in the 1965 Epsom Derby. See Irish Independent, June 1, 1965. Note "Niksar" won the 1965 2000 Guineas, owned by Wilfred Harvey, trained by Walter Nightingall.
Albert was head lad for trainer Scobie Breasley when their horse "Steel Pulse" won the Irish Derby in 1972, ridden by Bill Williamson.

He died shortly after 1974, of heart attack.
Albert and Pamela had issue:
