Robert Malone.
He was said to be born 10 June 1832 in Dublin, but this would make him a lot younger than wife.
More likely he is the Robert Malone who was bapt 12 August 1827 [Rathmines RC par records], son of Patrick Malone and Margaret Aughey. See entry. (Note his eldest son was called Patrick.)
He mar 1852, Rathfarnham, Co.Dublin, to Mary Flanagan [bapt 18 Sept 1825].

Robert Malone is at 88 Rathgar Road in [Thom's] in 1880.
Robert Malone is still there in the alphabetical listing in [Thom's, 1884, p.1731] but this may be old information because "Miss Cuolahan", milliner and dress maker, is listed there in the street listing on p.1591.

"Miss Cuolahan", milliner and dress maker, is at 88 Rathgar Road in [Thom's, 1894, p.1626].
The address 88 Rathgar Road is now a Nepalese restaurant, "Lumanti of Nepal". But it is apparently a newer building.

Location of Malone house, 88 Rathgar Road.
From modern NIAH map.
[Thom's, 1874] confirms that the numbering of this part of Rathgar Road has not changed.
See modern street view at corner of Wesley Rd.

Extract from 1888-1913 map.
This suggests that the Malone house (would be the one beside the arrow) is since gone to re-development.
