"Rev. Mr. Goddard, Rector of Tidworth" is listed on p.xix as a subscriber to Twenty-four Sermons by Leonard Twells, 1743.
This would be Rev. John Goddard.

Rector of South Tidworth, Hampshire.
(In the past, North Tidworth, where his father was Rector, was in Wiltshire, and neighbouring South Tidworth was in Hampshire. After boundary change they are now both in Wiltshire.)
"Rev. Mr. Goddard, Rector of Tidworth" is listed as a subscriber to Twenty-four Sermons by Leonard Twells, 1743.
His will dated 20 Mar 1785.
He died Mar-Apr 1785.
Will proved 2 April 1785.
