Elm Ville, Shanagolden, Co.Limerick

Sometimes "Elmville".
On the SE side of Shanagolden. See Google Street View.

[Donovan, 2010] says Elm Ville was built 1870s by the Board of Health for the Shanagolden dispensary doctor.
Home of Dr. Cornelius Nolan (doctor in Shanagolden from apparently 1876).
Dr. Cornelius died there in 1922.
Home of his daughter Dr. Agnes Nolan, who succeeded her father as GP at Shanagolden.
Home of Agnes' sister Kitty O'Flynn (died 1986) who bought it from the health board.
