• The Earls of Fingall have an in-law relationship with St. Oliver Plunkett [see FINGALL in Burkes Peerage], but can't see blood relationship:
  • St. Oliver Plunkett, last Catholic martyr in England,
    born 1625, Loughcrew, Co.Meath,
    Archbishop of Armagh, RC primate of Ireland,
    hanged, drawn and quartered 1681, London.
    Head preserved in cathedral at Drogheda, beatified 1920, canonized 1975.
    His portrait and artifacts are at Dunsany.
