Christopher St.Lawrence, 9th Baron Howth



Christopher St.Lawrence, 9th Baron Howth (see here),
born c.1568.
[Complete Peerage] calls him 9th Baron Howth.
Wikipedia currently calls him 10th Baron Howth.
He is also called the 22nd Baron Howth or Lord of Howth.

There is a story that he was abducted as a child by the pirate Grace O'Malley in 1576.
He fought on his father's campaign in 1595.
He married before 1597.
He succ 1607.
He informed on a plot against the Crown by many Irish nobles and chiefs in 1607.
He died 1619, age c.51 yrs.
He was bur St.Mary's "Abbey" Church, Howth.
He had issue:
