Andrew Ædie.
He was a "maltman".
He mar Christian Guthrie.
Sometime before 1604 he built a townhouse at The Green, Aberdeen town centre.
He was bur 5 Apr 1604, St.Nicholas', Aberdeen, or possibly 15 Apr 1604.
Christian was bur 14 Sept 1622, St.Nicholas', Aberdeen.
The inscription "A. Æ. C. G. 1604" is on the corner of the Ædie grave at St.Nicholas', Aberdeen.
Andrew and Christian had issue:


  1. Thomas Ædie,
    elder son.
    Apparently died before 1591.


  2. David Ædie, the Parliamentarian,
    2nd son.
    He was a Parliamentarian Scots Covenanter in the Scottish civil war. Killed in 1644.
