On the Leicestershire border. Just S of Hinckley, Leicestershire.

Leicester Grange was acquired by John Foster in 1780.
He was living there at death in 1801.
Leicester Grange burnt in a fire in March 1803.
It was rebuilt.

In the distance (to the NE) is the spire of Burbage church, across the county line in Leicestershire.
This is before Leicester Grange burnt down in 1803.
