      2. Rev. Edward Day, mar 1802 to Harriet Rowan.

    2. Hon Justice Robert Day, MP,
      Bob, born 1 July 1746, NOT 1745,
      mar 1stly, 1774, to Mary Pott,
      friend of Grattan,
      built Day Place, Tralee, 1794 (or poss. 1805), a row of fine Georgian houses on Prince's St, W side of Tralee town (see map),
      friend of O'Connell,
      he was the judge in the Rowan Cashel trial 1816,
      retired 1818, age 72 yrs,
      Mary Pott died 1823,
      mar 2ndly, 1824, to Mary FitzGerald (with whom he already had two boys),
      died 1841, age 95 yrs,
      had issue by 1st wife:

      1. Elizabeth Day [Betsy], born 1778 or 1779,
        mar 1794 or 1795 [her age 16] to Sir Edward Denny, 3rd Baronet and had issue.


  2. Rev. Edward Day, mar Mary Rowan and had issue:

    1. Rev. James Day, mar Margaret McGillycuddy [born est c.1760] and had issue:

      1. Sarah Day, mar John James Hickson and had issue:

        1. Mary Agnes Hickson, Co.Kerry genealogist and historian,
          did not marry,
          see controversy with James Franklin Fuller in Kerry Evening Post 1893,
          died 1899.
