He mar 1900 to Jane Ullmer [born 10 Jan 1877].
He served in U.S. military. He was "Yeoman 2/CL USN Res Forces".
They are listed on Avon Place, Washington, D.C., in 1910 census. He is "Janitor" in "Public School".
They are listed on Varnum St, Washington, D.C., in 1930 census. He is retired. He is listed as a U.S. military veteran.
He died May 19, 1935, D.C.
He was buried at Arlington National Cemetery, Washington, D.C. See grave.
She died 24 Mar 1948, age 71 yrs.
She was bur Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, Maryland. See grave.

    in 1935 they were living Fairland, Maryland,
    they moved to College Park, Maryland, there as at 1937,
    they are listed on Richmond Ave, College Park, Maryland, in 1940 census, he is automobile mechanic,
    he died Jan 1983, College Park, Maryland, age 74 yrs,
    she died June 1994, College Park, Maryland, age 84 yrs,
    had issue:

    1. Margaret Smith, mar David Yoder Knox and had issue.
    2. Lorraine Smith, mar Dennis Atkinson.
    3. Paul A. Smith.


  3. 5 more children, Smith,
    all born and died in 1900-1910.
    1910 census says Jane was mother of 7 children, 2 then living.

  4. Ruth M. Smith, born 1913, D.C.,
    at home in 1930 census.
