She mar 1stly to Michael Fitzgerald.
Lived Kilmanagh, Kilmanagh par, N of Callan, Co.Kilkenny (a few miles NE of Mullinahone, across the county border).
Living Kilmanagh as at 1847.
Catherine had issue by 1st husband:

1. John Fitzgerald,
   bapt 2 Feb 1847 [Ballycallan (Kilmanagh) RC par records], see image from here.

Catherine mar 2ndly, 1847-1852, to James Dunphy.
There is a marriage in 1851 of "Ellen Fitzgerald" and James Dunphy, of Kilmanagh, in [Ballycallan (Kilmanagh) RC par records]. See image from here. This looks like them apart from the "Ellen".
Living Kilmanagh as at 1852-57.
She must be Catherine Dunphy, married, shopkeeper, who died think at Kilvemnon, 1878, age 64 (born 1814). See death cert from here. Death apparently registered by Philip Kickham of Kilvemnon (looks like her nephew).
Catherine had issue by 2nd husband:

1. Patrick Dunphy,
   twin, bapt 14 Feb 1852 [Ballycallan (Kilmanagh) RC par records],
   mar Margaret Cavanagh,
   went to England, lived Lancashire,
   had issue:
   1. William Dunphy,
      born 1894, Lancashire,
      mar Agnes Smith,
      emigrated to Australia,
      had issue:
      1. Edward Dunphy, born 1923,
         had issue:
         1. (dau) Dunphy,
            had issue:
            1. Matt Sheumack.
               DNA match to Niall Humphreys and Donal Duggan and Nuala Duggan and Mitrina Ryall and Derval McGrath and Frank McGrath.

   
   

2. Bridget Dunphy,
   twin, bapt 14 Feb 1852 [Ballycallan (Kilmanagh) RC par records].
   She mar Martin Hackett.
   They had issue:
   1. Joseph Patrick Hackett,
      mar Nora Josephine Furney,
      had issue:
      1. Francis Patrick Hackett, born 1924,
         had issue:
         1. Ann-Maree Hackett.
            DNA match to Niall Humphreys.

   
   

3. Edmond Dunphy,
   bapt 11 Apr 1857 [Ballycallan (Kilmanagh) RC par records], see image from here.
   Bapt sp by Johanna Fitzgerald (could be child of 1st mar).
   Mother would be age 43.

• There are some issues with the above Ancestry trees:
  • The John Stapleton tree has a son Edward Dunphy born 1865. This is impossible given Catherine's age. In fact the birth cert for Edward shows he is son of a Nicholas Dunphy.
  • The trees have Catherine with a Fitzgerald child born 1855. This is clearly impossible given the dates of her Dunphy marriage and children.
• These can be explained away as errors. It does look like Catherine Kickham had two marriages.
