He mar 1882 to Ellen Lyons [born 14 Nov 1860].

They are listed in 1901 census at Tullig.
She died 1902.
They had issue:

1. Mary Gleeson, born 1884.
   In 1904 she had a daughter by an unnamed father. She did not marry the father.
   She mar 1908, Millstreet, to Bartholomew Murphy [Batt] and had issue.
   See them listed in 1911 census at Mill Lane Upper, centre of Millstreet.
   She died 1921.
   She had issue in 1904 by unnamed father:
