educated and Protestant (Henry VIII to the end always considered himself Catholic),
she tread a thin line, narrowly avoided execution once,
he died 1547,

Thomas Seymour, 1st Baron Seymour of Sudeley

died in childbirth, 5th Sept 1548, age c.36 yrs,
bur chapel of Sudeley Castle, nr Winchcombe, Gloucs.
