mar Elizabeth Fitz-Hugh [born est c.1455, descendant of Edward III],
died shortly before 26th Feb 1484, age 50 yrs,
bur Parr Chapel in Kendal parish church, (todo) see,
Elizabeth remarried,
having had issue:

1. Anne Parr, born est c.1480,
   mar Sir Thomas Cheyne (or Cheney) and had issue:
   1. Elizabeth Cheyne, born 1505,
      mar Thomas Vaux, 2nd Baron Vaux of Harrowden and had issue.

2. Sir Thomas Parr of Kendal (see here), born est c.1483,
   mar est c.1511 to Maud Green [descendant of Louis IV, King of France and of Charlemagne and of Edward the Elder],
   died 12th Nov 1517, age est c.34 yrs,
   Maud died 1st Dec 1531, age est c.41 yrs,
   Kendal Castle became a ruin at this time or shortly after,
   had issue:
   1. Catherine Parr (see here),
      born prob. 1512,
      mar 3rdly, 1543, Hampton Court chapel, to Henry VIII,
      his last wife, she survived him, he considered himself to have only been properly married twice - Jane Seymour (who died after birth of Edward VI) and Catherine Parr,
      educated and Protestant (Henry VIII to the end always considered himself Catholic), she tread a thin line, narrowly avoided execution once,
      he died 1547,
      mar 4thly to Thomas Seymour, 1st Baron Seymour of Sudeley (see here),
      died in childbirth, 5th Sept 1548, age c.36 yrs,
      bur chapel of Sudeley Castle, nr Winchcombe, Gloucs. See biography.

   2. Anne Parr (see here), born 1514,
      see ancestry,
      mar William Herbert, 1st Earl of Pembroke and had issue.

3. William Parr, had issue:
   1. Anne Parr, mar Thomas Tresham and had issue:
      1. John Tresham, had issue:
         1. Mary Tresham,
            mar her father's 2nd cousin, William Vaux, 3rd Baron Vaux of Harrowden and had issue.
