bur with infant in St.Canice's Cathedral, Kilkenny, with epitaph,
he was MP for Ardfert 1639-49,
mar 2ndly to Honora O'Brien
[descendant of Kings of Thomond
and of Edward III],
his will dated at Cork, 30 Aug 1644,
he died 2 Sept 1667, age 66 yrs,
bur 7 Sept 1667 at St. John's church (now gone), Fishamble St, Dublin,
had issue by 2nd wife:
Anthony Stoughton and his brother Arthur in [TCD Alumni].
