      mar Elizabeth de Stafford [descendant of Edward I],
      died 1367,
      had issue:
      1. Robert de Ferrers, 5th Baron Ferrers of Chartley,
         mar Margaret le Despencer [descendant of Edward I]
         and had issue:
         1. Philippa Ferrers, mar Sir Thomas Greene and had issue.

   
   2nd Baron mar 2ndly to Joan de la Mote,
   died 28 August 1350, age 41 yrs,
   had issue by 2nd wife:

   1. Sir Robert Ferrers, 1st Baron Ferrers of Wem,
      4th Baron Boteler of Wem,
      had issue:
      1. Robert Ferrers, 2nd Baron Ferrers of Wem (see here),
         mar 1391 to Joan de Beaufort [grand-dau of Edward III],
         had issue:
         1. Elizabeth Ferrers, mar John de Greystoke, 4th Baron Greystoke and had issue.
