Built as a church c.1840.
Home of William Henry Gibbon from 1858.
He ran a school there.
He died at Alexandria, 1894.
The building later became Sacred Heart Catholic Centre.




Apparently this is Oak Cottage, Alexandria.

According to a comment here it is Oak Cottage.
Geoff Gibbon says this was pointed out to him as the Gibbon house.
