Martin Francis Cusack,
born 22 July 1871, Mitchelstown, Co.Cork.
He was doctor, L.R.C.S. (Edin).
He mar 1907 to Mary J. Crean [born 15 Dec 1871].
They lived in Wimbledon, London.
See them listed at 24 Home Park Road, Wimbledon Park Wimbledon, in 1911 UK census. He is "physician and surgeon, general practitioner". See image.

They came back to Ireland. Lived Dublin.
Living 9 Lr Fitzwilliam St, Dublin, at son's death 1925.
Living 9 Lr Fitzwilliam St, Dublin, at death 1926. Medical practitioner.
Dr. Martin died in Dublin, 29 July 1926, age 55 yrs.
He was bur 31 July 1926, St Patrick's cemetery, Clonmel. See burial register, entry 3465.

Mary was living Verville, Clontarf, Dublin, at death. This was a care facility, not her home. Verville, Vernon Ave Upper, Clontarf, is listed in [Thom's, 1935, p.1506] as a "Private Asylum for Ladies". See modern street view.
She died 13 Dec 1936, age 64 yrs, bur Clonmel cemetery.
He was bur Dec 1936, St Patrick's cemetery, Clonmel. See burial register, entry 4290.

    died 30 Mar 1925, age 17 yrs, bur Clonmel cemetery.
    He was bur 2 Apr 1925, St Patrick's cemetery, Clonmel. See burial register, entry 3358.


  2. James Cusack,
    James Edward Cusack, born 1915 [burial record].
    (todo) See birth of James E A Cusack, mother name Crean, [GRO.UK], 1st qr 1912, Kingston, Volume: 2a Page: 802.
    His father died 1926.
    He lived in Clonmel.
    He is author of Crean family tree, think 1940. He was then living at Crean family home, Brighton Place, Clonmel.
    The Crean family inherited letters from the Fenian in prison. James Cusack helped transcribe them. They were published in [Maher, 1942]. See p.245.

    James mar 1stly to Dorothy Shell Walshe [born 1924, Clonmel].
    Dorothy died early, of stomach cancer.
    At death 1963, Dorothy is described as housewife, married, of 1 Brighton Place, Clonmel.
    She died at Mater Private Hospital, Dublin, 31 Aug 1963, age 39 yrs.

    She was bur 2 Sept 1963, St Patrick's cemetery, Clonmel, with the Crean grave. See burial register, entry 6921.

    James mar 2ndly to Mary O'Toole [born 1925, of Clifden, Co.Galway].
    Living 1 Brighton Place, Clonmel, at death.
    He died 17 June 1985, age 70 [burial record].
    He was bur 19 June 1985, St Patrick's cemetery, Clonmel. See burial register, entry 9296.
    Mary's burial register says she was then living Galway, and was formerly of "1 Grattan Place", Clonmel (must be an error for 1 Brighton Place).
    She died 14 Apr 1999, age 74 yrs.
    She was bur 16 Apr 1999, St Patrick's cemetery, Clonmel. See burial register, entry 10868.
