Ellen O'Connor,
or Ellen Connor, born 1793.

Her aunt Mary O'Connell married in 1802 to Daniel O'Connell ("The Liberator").
Even though very young, in 1807-1808 she is found in [Correspondence of Daniel O'Connell] writing to her aunt keeping her informed about the O'Connor family.
She and her siblings were orphaned in 1819.
In 1821 she was engaged to William J. Neligan, attorney, Tralee. However they did not marry.

Illness and death, 1856-1859:
Death notice says she died in 1859 "after three years of great and continued suffering".
She died unmarried at 70 Charlemont St, Dublin, 22 Dec 1859, age 66 yrs.
