This is a large Georgian house.
The first big house on the RHS as you approach Blennerville
from the Dingle side
(i.e. across the road from Blennerville House).
Built by
William Blennerhassett
(born 1780, married 1805, died 1842).
Home of his son Frederick Blennerhassett
(died 1860).
Later the home of Frank King
(born 1927).
It became known as "King's house".
Frank King died in 2021, age 93.
Street view
shows the house apparently inhabited in 2011,
possibly derelict in 2017,
definitely derelict in 2019.
It is now derelict and boarded up.
In a dereliction
notice
on the door in 2025, the address is given as
The Orchard, 12 Main St, Blennerville.
