of Barleymount House (Aglish par, NW of Killarney, Co.Kerry.
He mar Dorcas Orpen.
He was Port-Surveyor at Kenmare, Co.Kerry.
[Hickson, 27 May 1908] thinks he is the "Thomas Crumpe" who is listed as one of the Commissioners for Kerry in 1694-1695.
Thomas and Dorcas had issue:

1. Dorcas Crumpe,
   mar pre-1701 to Henry Blennerhassett and had issue.
