Niall Joseph Ebrill, born 24 Dec 1908,
prominent Irish banker.
He

Munster and Leinster bank,
Cobh, in 1927.
He
moved to Munster and Leinster bank, Rathgar, Dublin, 1930.
Secretary of Munster and Leinster bank, 66 South Mall, Cork, 1937.
He
mar 1942 to
Doris Alexander [Doris Houston Alexander].
For at least 1944-1959 he lived

Menloe Gardens, Blackrock, Cork

map).
Munster and Leinster bank
became part of
AIB 1966.
He became
Chief General Manager and Director of AIB, 1968.
He retired 1972.
He was made
Deputy Chairman of
AIB.
Listed as such in 1974.
He was a Director of
Allied Irish Investment Bank (AIIB),
the merchant bank arm of AIB.
He was a Director of
the
Central Bank.
He died 13 March, think 1976, age 67 yrs, think NOT 1975.
