Jack Humphrys died 1970.
The pub was sold out of the family.
The family asked for the "Humphrys" name to be kept on it, and it was.

Jack Humphrys's
The pub ran for more years.
It was owned by the people who owned

It eventually closed.
As at 2014, it was a ruin, with
Jack Humphrys' name still on it.
As at 2017, it was restored and re-opened as a charity shop
and offices.
