emigrated to Australia as a youth in 1888, left London in the "Merkara" on 7 Feb 1888 (him age 15),
the ship arrived Brisbane on 6 Apr 1888, he got off at Maryborough, Queensland, on 4 Apr 1888 (him age 16),
mar 10 Mar 1894 (her age 19 and pregnant) to Margaret Moynihan [born 13 May 1874],
children born Maryborough, 1894-1899,
children born Bundaberg, Queensland, 1902-1916,
he died 17 June 1956, Rockhampton, Queensland, age 84 yrs,
she died 30 Dec 1963, Rockhampton, age 89 yrs,
had issue:
