John Blake,
born 9 Aug 1877.
He was a butcher, in Westgate, Thurles, Co.Tipperary. (His parents' business.)
At mar he is "victualler", living Thurles.
He mar 1912 to Aileen Lane [born 18 Dec 1888].
He died 19 January 1926, age 48 yrs, at Robert Davies Nursing Home, in Alder Grange, West Derby, E side of Liverpool. (Alder Grange is a big house, now in a gated estate off Central Drive. See map.)
She died 20 January 1962, Thurles, Co.Tipperary, age 73 yrs.
They had issue:

1. Anna Blake,
   Johanna Mary Blake, born 28 Sept 1913, Holles St Hospital, Dublin.
   "Anna Blake" wit the mar of Mona Lane in 1932.
   She mar --- Finn.
   She died 13 March 1988, Ardeen Nursing Home, Thurles, Co.Tipperary.

   
   

2. John Blake,
   John Joachim Blake, born 16 August 1914, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
   Lived in "Rosendale", Friar St, Thurles.
   He died 3 December 1998, Thurles.

   
   

3. Nora Blake,
   Honora Mary Blake, born 22 February 1916, 10 Holles Street, Dublin.
   She mar --- Rutledge.
   She died 16 October 1994, St Michael's Hospital, Dun Laoghaire, Co.Dublin.

   
   

4. Angela Blake,
   Mary Angela Blake, born 5 May 1917, Thurles.
   Lived "Rosendale" for a time.
   She mar --- Boland.
   She died 20 May 2011, Holy Family Residence, Little Sisters of the Poor, Roebuck Road, Dublin.

   
   

5. Paddy Blake,
   Patrick Anthony Blake, born 21 October 1918, Thurles.
   He died 5 October 1999, Nenagh, Co.Tipperary.

   
   

6. Maurice Blake,
   born 18 Jan 1921, Thurles.
   Lived "Rosendale" for a time.
   He died 7 Jan 2000, Rathdown Park, Terenure, Co.Dublin.
   He had issue:
   1. Vincent Blake,
      had issue:
      1. Yann Blake.
         DNA match to me and to John Brennan.
         Researching Ryan and Hourigan family tree.
