He mar 1869 to Mary Ann Green [born 1847].

He is listed as "bricklayer", living East Dereham, at dau's birth Jan 1881.
[UK census, 4 Apr 1881] shows them living Theatre Street, East Dereham (in same street but different household to his parents and siblings). He is listed as "bricklayer". See image from here.
Mary Ann died 1883, age 36 yrs.
William died 10 July 1906, age 63 yrs,
bur 14 July 1906, East Dereham.
He is listed as "Bricklayer" at dau's mar 1908.
William and Mary Ann had issue:


  1. Robert J. Berwick, born 1873, East Dereham,
    listed as age 8 in census 1881.

  2. George Berwick, born 1876, East Dereham,
    listed as age 5 (or maybe 6) in census 1881.


  3. Mary Ann Berwick,
    May, also seen as "Mary Anne",
    born 28th Jan 1881, Theatre St, East Dereham [GRO.UK],
    listed as baby in census, 4 Apr 1881,
    at her mar 1908 she is listed as living at Aldenham public school near Watford (where her husband's father worked), but it is unclear why, no profession is listed for her,
    mar 1908 to John Dickson Stanger and had issue.

Almost certain this is Mary Ann Berwick.
