He mar 9 Aug 1731 to Jane Blennerhassett [descendant of Edward III].
He died 1738.
They had issue:

1. Rickard O'Connell,
   of Mount Rivers, Killorglin, Co.Kerry.
   He died unmarried.

   
   

2. Thomas O'Connell, MD,
   of Rathkeale and Tralee,
   born c.1735.
   Would be named after grandfather Thomas Blennerhassett.
   Father of Daniel O'Connell's wife.

   
   

3. Edward O'Connell,
   had issue:
   1. Daniel O'Connell ("Splinter").
      See wikitree.
      He mar 1803 to Ellen O'Connell.
      He died 1814.
      They had issue.

1. Elizabeth O'Connell.
   She mar Owen McCarthy and had issue.
