Near Ebrill family home, Summerville Cottage.

Richard Phillips is listed at "Little Summerville" in entry for South Circular Road in [Guy's, 1886, p.631].
Charles Ebrill purchased "Little Summerville" by Deed of 1 June 1919. He moved in in 1920 or 1921.
Charles and family lived here until at least 1941.

"Little Summerville" has been entirely demolished.
The site is now sports pitches.
