Sir Edward Fitton, 1st Baronet,
A description of the painting on
p.50
of History of Cheshire,
George Ormerod,
vol.3, 1819.
Painting was
then hanging in Brereton Hall.
Ormerod identifies the children as Edward (2nd Baronet)
and his sister, "wife of the Earl of Macclesfield".
This is not correct.
Edward had a sister Penelope who was mother of the Earl of Macclesfield.
But she was much older than him.
