bapt 27 May 1827, Mullinahone, Co.Tipperary.
He mar 5 Oct 1853, Mullinahone, to Ellen Oldis.

Listed at Mullinahone at children's bapts bapt 1855 to 1864.
He is listed in possession of the house at plot 64, Carrick St, Mullinahone 1858 to 1869.
He took over this property in 1858 from George Cashel (apparently husband of his 1st cousin).
He is listed as "shopkeeper", Mullinahone, at dau's birth 1864.
He is listed as farmer and shopkeeper, Mullinahone, at death.

Richard dies, 1871:
He died 31 Mar 1871, Mullinahone, age 43 yrs. See death cert from here.
See admin of estate (from here), granted 9 Feb 1872 to Ellen, widow. Effects under £450.
He is described as shopkeeper, deceased, at dau's mar 1892.

"Ellen Kickham" is listed in possession of plot 64, Carrick St, Mullinahone 1874 to 1881.
Ellen fl 1879.
"Ellen Kickham" is listed in possession of plots 63 and 64, Carrick St, Mullinahone 1881 to 1892.
Ellen probably dies, 1888:
Think she must be Ellen Kickham, widow, of Mullinahone, who died 27 Nov 1888 at Mullinahone. See admin of will (from here), granted 29 Apr 1889 to Bridget Kickham, spinster, of Mullinahone. Effects £110.
She is not party to the transfer of plots 63 and 64, Carrick St, in [Deed, 1892]. She must be dead.

    She was apparently orphaned 1888.
    [Deed, 1892] says she is living with her sister Ellen in "Chapel St" (Callan St), Mullinahone. The deed says she is entitled to reside at the house in Callan St "until her marriage".
    By [Deed, 22 Feb 1892] (two days before her marriage) the family property of plots 63 and 64, Carrick St, Mullinahone was transferred into her soon-to-be husband's name.
    Mar cert lists her as shopkeeper, Mullinahone, at mar.
    She mar 24 Feb 1892, Mullinahone RC church, to James Mullally and had issue.

  7. Ellen Kickham,
    bapt (maybe 19th) Apr 1867, sp Thomas Kickham and Joanna Cuddihy,

    She was apparently orphaned 1888.
    [Deed, 1892] says she is living with her sister Bridget in "Chapel St" (Callan St), Mullinahone.
    She is also party to the transfer of plots 63 and 64, Carrick St, Mullinahone to Bridget's husband in 1892 [Deed, 1892].
    In 1901 census she is unmarried, living with sister Bridget and family on Chapel Street, Mullinahone.
    In 1911 census she is unmarried, living with sister Bridget and family on Chapel Street, Mullinahone. She is "shop assistant".
