Norbert de Cramer


Norbert de Cramer,
born maybe c.1843.
There is a "laisser passer" document in French (a form of passport) issued to him, date 12 Aug 1863. Him then a student and Austrian count.
This document is now in possession of his descendants the Steinbüchel family. See [Kalcas, 1983].
He mar 1871 to Lucy Wood [born 1850].
He died 1901.
She lived as a widow in her family's home, The John Maltass House in Bournabat, with her sister Louisa Paterson and her unmarried sister Hortense Wood.
Lucy died 1933, age 83 yrs.
She is bur in Anglican Cemetery in Bornova. Grave 191.
Norbert and Lucy had issue:


  1. Renée de Cramer,
    born 1872.
    She mar Alfred Lawson.
    She died 1918.
    They had issue:


    1. Thetis Lawson [dau],
      born 1900.
      She mar 1923 to Tony Mattheys [or Mattheysz].
      The family lived in The John Maltass House in Bornova. It became known as the "Mattheys House".
      They had issue:


      1. Renée Mattheys.
        She mar Max Steinbüchel.
        She lived in The John Maltass House in Bornova. It became known as the "Steinbüchel House".
