The death of Millicent Agnes Yielding

Millicent Agnes Yielding, the wife of Sir Rowland Blennerhassett, 1st Baronet, was killed in an accident at Blennerville Windmill.
Various dates and stories are given.
The earliest records say this was in 1802.

"Mellisent Agnes" Blennerhassett mentioned as then living in her son Arthur's marriage settlement, 1799.
See wider and full page.

The earliest mention of the death of the 1st Baronet's wife at the windmill.
From p.23 of [Rowan, 1846]. Though the note may be added later, up to 1861.
This says she was killed by a blow of the windmill sails in 1802.
I own this manuscript.

Story about Millicent's death in article on Blennerville, Kerry Sentinel, 23 Dec 1893.
It says she went up the windmill to view the boat racing, and was then hit by a sail.
Millicent was around age 60 when she died. Sir Rowland was slightly older. (There was not a "disparity of years".)

[Ms 20621] (c.1909) says she was killed by a blow of the windmill sails in 1802.
See full page.

Modern sources

"Success to Sir Rowland,
Success to him still;
He killed his old wife
With a stroke of the mill."

- Doggerel about Millicent's death.
