Error: Monument to Anthony Cooke, Yoxford, Suffolk

In Yoxford church, Suffolk, there is a monument to an Anthony Cooke who was born 1534, died 1613, age 79.
This was incorrectly labelled on Wikipedia as a monument to our Anthony Cooke who died 1576.
