John Mowbray, 3rd Baron Mowbray,
mar Joan Plantagenet [descendant of Henry III],
had issue:

1. John Mowbray, 4th Baron Mowbray (and here), born 1340.
   He mar Elizabeth Segrave [descendant of Edward I].
   He was one of the foreign crusaders fighting in the 14th century Byzantine-Ottoman Wars, the ultimately unsuccessful attempt to stop the Muslim Ottoman Empire conquering the Christian Byzantine Empire.
   He was killed 1368, fighting the Saracens near Constantinople, age 28 yrs.
   4th Baron and Elizabeth had issue:
