Stanley Sutton.
Think from the Liverpool area.
He mar pre-1848 to Anne Blennerhassett [born Dublin, 1829 or 1830].
Anne was the grand-daughter of a Baronet, and her father was educated at Trinity College Dublin. But her father died young in 1833 and her family came down in the world.
Her family came to Liverpool by 1844.

Stanley and Anne probably lived New Brighton, Wallasey (then in Cheshire, opposite Liverpool) since that is where their son Stanley was born 1848.
Anne is listed in 1861 census with her widowed mother Sarah King on Peover St, off Rose Hill, Liverpool (see 1928 map and modern map). Anne is "married" but husband is not there. She is "Landed proprietor".
Stanley is listed as "builder" at son's mar 1871.
Stanley is listed as "builder" at son's mar 1876.
Anne must be "Ann Sutton", born Dublin, married to Sutton, who is listed in 1881 census visiting a Fleetwood family (must be the widow of her step-brother) in 210 City Rd, Manchester (near Liverpool). She is "married" but husband is not there. She is "Shop Saleswoman".
Stanley died pre-1891.
Anne is listed in 1891 census with son William's family.
Stanley and Anne had issue:

  1. Stanley Sutton,
born 1848 (according to 1861 census and mar cert 1871), New Brighton, Cheshire.
    He was a professional musician.

  2. William Sutton,
born 1857, "Cheshire" (could be New Brighton) or "Liverpool".
    At home in 1861 census.
Listed at mar as "labourer", of Byrom St, Liverpool.
He mar 17 May 1876, Liverpool, to Mary Ellen Town [born 1856, Liverpool]. See mar cert.
They are listed in 1891 census at 54 Eden St, Toxteth Park, Liverpool. He is "Gas Lamp Lighter". His mother is with them.
    They had issue.
