Bohergar House, Co.Limerick

Bohergar House, Bohergar townland, Boher, Abington par, Co.Limerick.
NE of Caherconlish. See map.

Simon Humphrys of Murroe is in possession of "Bohergare" in [Deed, 1797].
But later Humphrys seem to be gone from there.
[Griffiths Valuation, maybe 1850] shows James T. Wilkinson at Bohergar.
Bohergar was purchased by James Humphrys in 1856 for £900, from George Wilkinson.
James Humphrys' son John Humphrys (bapt 1843, married 1876) inherited Bohergar, farmed there.
In the 1901 census:

John Humphrys built a new house at Bohergar.
I had thought it was built around 1890. But given the number of rooms difference between 1901 and 1911, it may be the new house was built in 1901-1911.
John's son Dan Humphrys (born 1885) recalled them building the house at Bohergar when he was a child.
In the 1911 census:

John Humphrys died 1931.
His son Dan Humphrys inherited Bohergar.
The old house was in poor condition. Dan built a new house at Bohergar in 1932.
The old house at Bohergar was partially demolished in the late 1960s.
Dan died 1977.
Bohergar has been sold out of the family.
