William Ebrill
continued father's business on Mungret St.
He acquired new property on Mungret St. Deed, 9 Aug 1851, Commissioners of Incumbered Estates to William Ebrill. Ebrill business still on Mungret St in 1867. Business then moved, but William Ebrill still held property in Mungret St. Deed, 25 May 1871, Susan Parker to William Ebrill. William Ebrill's will of 1887 left to his son George: 3 houses in Mungret St. It is unclear if these include the old family home. 1957 document in Ebrill papers show Ebrill family still owned these 3 houses in 1934 and maybe in 1957. |

A deed of 1842 is referred to in

Purdon to William Ebrill. William Ebrill's will of 1887 left to his son Charles: 8 houses in Storey's lane and "3 houses in Irish Town". Deed of 1905
lists deed of 1791, before Ebrill. Ebrill business has address at Garryowen in 1875. Deed of 1905 lists: Deed, 16 Feb 1883, Seymour to William Ebrill. William Ebrill's will of 1887 left to his son Frank: 5 houses in Garryowen and 11 houses in Dwyer's lane. Copy of Deed of 1905 shows Frank owning the 5 houses in Garryowen.
